Langhe Nebbiolo 2022 Denominazione_Gattinara DOCG 5% Vineyards: 1Olek Bondonio's Langhe Nebbiolo is a fresh and vibrant expression of the Starderi terroir in Neive. Olek personally oversees all stages of production at his winery, from the meticulous harvesting and selection of grapes to the vinification at his Cascina La Berchialla. Fermentations are always spontaneous, and throughout the vinification process, a non invasive approach is sought. The Nebbiolo comes from the younger vines of the Starderi cru, in the
